Bluewater Hotel - Napier

The digital programming provided in our room was a hit with the kids, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was just a short distance away from the exciting Splash Planet water park, which made for a fantastic family day out. The comfortable beds ensured that we all had a restful sleep, ready for another day of adventures.

For families with children, my kids wished there was a dedicated play area or a kids' club within the hotel.

Location, and the lady who served breakfast was very friendly.

The dish's were not clean and the ashtray was full on the porch, the table and porch were sticky from alcohol. Important phone call coming into the room did not get through.

We were a little disappointed that the hotel is rated four star, we felt it would rate as a good three star motel.

I chose this hotel for attending a consultation because it provides meeting rooms for events. The meeting rooms were well-equipped and spacious, making it convenient for professional discussions and presentations.

I was disappointed that there was no business center or printing services available. It would have been helpful to have access to a printer or copier for my work needs.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the room was spacious and had a lovely outlook over the cycleway and marina. It was wonderful to be able to sit on the deck outside and enjoy the view. the staff were friendly and professional, and the rooms were impeccably clean. We appreciated the provided amenities that made our stay comfortable. the hotel's location was great, with easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and bars. it was the nicest holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in.

i liked the attached bar and resturatnt saved me going into town loking for somewhere to eat. I also liked the bedding very nice felt like i was in my own home.

Just that sometimes i could here other peopl in there rooms like the TV or doors opening and closing.

Comfortable stay with a great location. The morning staff was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Both my partner and I were blown away by the service, I actually left a few dresses in my room and they have been extremely helpful finding and sending them back to me. The room was gorgeous, we had stayed in 4 different hotels that week and the blue water was our favourite by far. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Napier next. The wedding reception was at the Blue Water Hotel so the convenience of having accommodation right there was excellent. The room was very clean and not to mention cozy and warm. The staff were very polite and when required very helpful. As this was our first weekend away from our 7 children having the water close by was very calming, the freedom to wake in the morn and relax in the spa bath made me feel like a Queen :) We would definitely consider another stay.

It was very unfortunate that a pipe had broken above our room so we had woken to a bit of leakage when the room above had finished their bath. Action was taken immediatley though.

Bit noisy in above room and outside rooms because of tiles. Voices travel if outside front. Hotel allowed Harley bikes to park outside our doors and they early and woke us up!

Couldnt get a park for the car untill late at night
